連體(ti)電動葫蘆是(shi)將小型電(dian)動葫(hu)蘆加了(le)(le)移(yi)動式(shi)電(dian)動跑車,并且(qie)將兩個(ge)電(dian)機接(jie)線(xian)盒(he)接(jie)在一(yi)起,真正意義上做到了(le)(le)連(lian)體控制,實現(xian)了(le)(le)上下左右移(yi)動,主要(yao)由三部分組成:起升(sheng)機構、運行機構(固定(ding)式(shi)無)和(he)電(dian)氣控制裝置。
接下來主要講(jiang)解(jie)一下連體電動(dong)葫蘆的(de)起升(sheng)機構,起升(sheng)電動(dong)機、通過彈性聯軸器、經減速(su)器的(de)齒輪(lun)傳動(dong)到空心軸,再驅動(dong)卷筒(tong)裝置,使饒在卷筒(tong)上的(de)鋼絲繩帶動(dong)吊鉤裝置上升(sheng)或下降。
起升高度(du)H=6m時用一個彈性聯軸器,以連接電(dian)機軸和減速器的(de)輸入軸,此聯軸器由兩個帶花鍵的(de)半聯軸器組成(cheng),能吸收沖擊負荷和補(bu)償安裝(zhuang)誤差。導繩器裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)防止鋼絲繩亂繞。
當H≥9m時(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)一中間軸(zhou)和一剛性聯軸(zhou)器。
當H≥18m時(shi)配(pei)一(yi)支持架(jia)(與右端蓋做成(cheng)一(yi)體),防止因中間軸太長(chang),運轉不(bu)平(ping)穩(wen)造成(cheng)彎(wan)曲而損壞(huai)。
減速(su)器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)三級外齒(chi)(chi)合斜齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構。齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)及(ji)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)合金(jin)鋼制造(zao),經(jing)滲(shen)碳淬火處(chu)理,強度高(gao)(gao),耐磨性好。各傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)均由滾(gun)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)承支(zhi)撐,用(yong)(yong)機(ji)械油潤滑,傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)穩,效率高(gao)(gao)。箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)與箱(xiang)(xiang)蓋之間用(yong)(yong)“0”型耐油橡膠(jiao)圈密封,防(fang)止漏油。
連體電(dian)動(dong)葫(hu)蘆(lu)采用(yong)帶制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)裝置的(de)(de)錐(zhui)(zhui)形轉子三相異步電(dian)動(dong)機。其錐(zhui)(zhui)形轉子在通(tong)電(dian)后產生(sheng)軸向磁(ci)拉(la)力(li),磁(ci)拉(la)力(li)客服(fu)彈簧的(de)(de)壓力(li),使風扇制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)脫離后端(duan)(duan)蓋,電(dian)機即正常運轉。斷電(dian)后,磁(ci)拉(la)力(li)即消失。在彈簧壓力(li)的(de)(de)作用(yong)下,風扇制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)上的(de)(de)錐(zhui)(zhui)形制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)環剎緊后端(duan)(duan)蓋(或(huo)后端(duan)(duan)罩)因而制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)。該裝置制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)可靠,耐磨(mo)性好。風扇制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)上的(de)(de)葉(xie)片,起著扇風散(san)熱(re)的(de)(de)作用(yong)。
連體電動(dong)葫(hu)蘆采用雙電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組,雙電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組由三部分構成,即(ji):慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)起(qi)(qi)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)”;常(chang)速(su)(su)(su)起(qi)(qi)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)”;慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置。其工作(zuo)原理如下(xia):小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)通過慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置和大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)連為(wei)一體,當小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)上的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器打(da)開,并(bing)以1380r/min的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)(su)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),經(jing)過慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置減速(su)(su)(su),帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)風(feng)扇制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪(與大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)子(zi)練成一體)和轉(zhuan)子(zi)一起(qi)(qi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。因而大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)軸轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)(su)只有小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)(su)的(de)(de)1/i(一般(ban)為(wei)1/10左(zuo)右)。當大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器被打(da)開,大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)即(ji)以額定轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)(su)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)則處于制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)狀態。
